Booking the right billing in the crowded festival market is a huge challenge. Rising artist fees, coordination of production riders, standard terms, set lengths, broadchasting rights and discussions if an artist won´t act according to de mission statement of a festival. The list of challenges is long. It was a pleasure for me to discuss these at the EFC on Pag island with Christof Huber, Mikolaj Ziolkowski, and Mikko Niemelä.
